The location was marvelous and decent, you can visit Andorra Massage by walking. the breakfast had a wide array of food, like slices of fresh bread, fruit, and meats. - Thanks to an attentive service, I had a really great stay.

The hotel has a very central location near shops and restaurants. It is nestled in a good building close to tourist sites, the Barcelona railway station, and the town center.

Stayed at this amazing hotel on my 100th country adventure. The staff were super happy and helpful, making check-in and drinks a breeze. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the bus station. The wifi in my room was a bit slow, but overall, this place is a hidden gem.

This hotel does not offer smoking/non-smoking rooms, which Booked.net does not inform you of. Upon arrival we were put into a room which stank of cigarette smoke so intensely that we could smell it from the corridor. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, so despite the fact we booked a double room, we were forced to switch to a twin room (which also stank, just not as much!).

No non-smoking only rooms.

Convenient place, swimming pool was a nice extra. Food and drink good and well priced.

looks a little tired and parking is expensive. Our view was of the side of a garage not the mountains so go for a higher floor. Expect a 3 star hotel not a 4 and you will be happy.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the bus station, making it convenient for late arrivals. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

The staff at Zenit Diplomatic were very helpful and excellent. Its location around a 10-15 minute walk from Caldea was excellent.- Conveniently located in a good area, just a short walk to the town center and restaurants.

the breakfast was a little poor.we had to wait a long time for more food to come available&the quantity was a little poor also,but when we did eat it was fine.parking was a little difficult also to enter&leave.

Ate delicious, innovative dishes at the hotel's own restaurant and enjoyed beautiful views from the modern cafeteria. Lost my stuff, but no worries, I can reclaim them 24/7. Oh, and the spa and pool were heavenly.

So sad that I couldn't stay here forever.

First of all, the room was tiny. Secondly, there was an internal door which connected us with the room next door so we could hear everything that the people next door said and did. The noise from the street could be heard. The sink was broken. All in all, an unacceptable experience bearing in mind that it is a 4 star hotel.

A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Spacious and absolutely brilliant room and big size bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet, and shower caps. Decent and nice location in a shopping area near to shopping street, airport or train station and all Andorra la Vella town centre.

The rooms were great with two bedrooms, jacuzzi, and huge bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good price and comfortable beds. Nice and varied breakfast.
